The room we stayed in had recently been renovated with top-notch services and stunning views, and it was conveniently located around a 10-15 minute walk from a city park.

I had unforgettable stay, the place is good quality and pretty standard!
It was in a perfect and nice location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Cape of San Agustin.

The lobby ambiance with the music coming from a piano player rendering beautiful composition. Breakfast quite satisfactory.
Loud sound of the aircon in the room.

I wanted to cancel my reservation but had the most difficult time doing so. Reason was I had a change of schedule and needed to stay in a friend's house in Davao but ended up staying at the hotel. Please improve on your cancellation system. Thank you!

The accommodation is in a central location next to Abreeza mall. The rooms are beautifully maintained and newly renovated. Guests can enjoy unlimited access and a nice view from the rooms.

As usual the staff was very courteous and helpful.
The room sound-proofing was poor- there was a rock concert festival about half a mile from the hotel, and my room was on the 15th floor (1510), but the noise from the rock concert kept me up all night, and this went on for the entire time I was staying there (May 10-13)! Also, the hotel dining was too expensive- the coffee shop was being renovated. Lastly, the booking was done thru you in us Dollars, but the bill was invoiced in Philippine pesos at an exchange rate of 45, although the peso- dollar rate was already below 43. Booked.net should quote in us Dollars or Local Currency to include all taxes and service charges, just like Marriott Hotel does, so there are no surprises.

Service at Front desk was courteous. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Must compliment Sherwin who cleaned my room 1503 on 27th Dec'10
I have two points to feedback on. Furnitures in Room was not properly maintained. Replenishment at Cafe Marco must improve, and assortment for breakfast needs to reach higher standards.

Our stay was quite satisfying. The staff were very hospitable and helpful.Dining was delightful and we enjoyed listening the the singer at the Lobby Lounge, specifically on Thursday evening, July 29, 2010 who accommodated us with old favorites sung softly.
The bathroom is not suitable for senior citizens like my wife and I who are in our mid seventies. Stepping into and out of the bathtub is a risky adventure.
